Mr. Dhirendra Swarup is a government-certified accountant and a member of the Institute of Public Auditors of India, and has a post-graduate degree in humanities. He was a member of the Board of the SEBI, and a member of the Permanent High-level Committee on Financial Markets between July 2005 and December 2009. A former civil servant, he retired as secretary, Ministry of Finance, Government of India in 2005. He has approximately 45 years of experience in finance, budgeting, audit, public policy, public investments, project appraisal and evaluation of schemes and programmes of the Government of India. Mr. Swarup has also served as chairman of the Pension Funds Regulatory Authority from 2005 to 2009 and Chief of the Budget Bureau of the Government of India from 2000 to 2005. Besides, he was member secretary of the Financial Sector Reforms Commission (2011-13); chairman of Public Debt Management Authority Task Force and currently, chairman of Financial Sector Redress Agency set up by the Government of India.

Mr. Swarup was involved in the drafting of the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2003, and the fiscal rule made thereunder. He has been associated with the International Monetary Fund between 1993 and 2007, and has been Vice-Chairman of the International Network on Financial Education, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development between 2007 and 2009. He has a rich experience in finance sector and has worked in the UK, Turkey and Georgia. He is on the Board of several listed companies, and also acts as chairman and member of several committees.

Ms. Bindu Saxena, is a practicing Advocate and is a partner of the law firm Swarup & Company, New Delhi, India and has over 25 years of experience as corporate attorney with clients in India and overseas including large multinational corporations. Her experience as corporate attorney includes experience of commercial transactions and projects in India and overseas. Her experience includes Indian and transborder transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, investments and participation in both new and existing companies and ventures in diverse sectors and industry. She has been advising clients (both Indian and foreign and in private sector and public sector) in diverse corporate and commercial matters and transactions and projects including foreign collaboration including foreign investment, funding, acquisitions, mergers, amalgamations and takeovers, acting as project counsel, advice regarding legislative and regulatory frame work, environmental laws, and in all aspects of structuring, negotiating and drafting of diverse business and project related agreements including joint venture agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders agreements, EPC contracts, loan and security agreements, marketing and distribution agreements, sales promotion agreements, franchise agreements, power purchase agreements, concession agreements, technology licensing agreements, engineering agreements, equipment supply agreements, commodities procurement and long term supply contracts, buyback/offtake agreements etc. for diverse sectors including infrastructure, fertilizer, mining, refineries, steel, chemicals, engineering goods, mining and highway projects, telecommunications, white consumer goods, automobiles and auto parts, insurance and investment banks and funds, etc. She also deals with court matters including litigation pertaining to corporate matters, civil litigation, contractual disputes, enforcement of foreign awards, matters before Company Law Board, domestic and international arbitration, Debt Recovery Tribunal, BIFR etc.

Mr. Manmohan Kumar Sardana was serving as teaching assistant in the Physics Department of the Panjab University from 1965 to 1967, thereafter he joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1968 and was allocated to the West Bengal Cadre. After serving in different capacities in the State of West Bengal and in various Ministries of the Government of India, Mr. Sardana retired from the service finally in 2004 as Secretary Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He joined as Member, MRTP Commission soon after his retirement i.e., in 2004 and finally completed his tenure in the MRTP as its acting Chairman in 2009. He remained Ex-officio Member of SEBI, during his tenure as Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. From 2010 till 31 March 2021, Mr. Sardana has been a Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Studies in Industrial Development (ISID) advising on public policy issues.

Mr. Sunil Lulla, received a bachelors’ degree in commerce from University of Mumbai. He has over 25 years of experience in the Media & Entertainment industry. Mr. Lulla has valuable relationships with talent in the Indian film industry and has been instrumental in our expansion into distribution in India as well as home entertainment and music. He is associated with Eros Group since formation of the Company and led our growth within India for many years before being appointed Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Eros India on September 28, 2009.

During his stint as the Managing Director, he has contributed his mite to develop and expand the business of the Company in India. Under his leadership, the Company continued to achieve its milestone. He has been instrumental in developing and expanding Eros Group in India and also establishing the Company’s existence in Distribution in India and Home entertainment & music sector.

Mr. Sunil Lulla is the brother of Kishore Lulla.

Mr. Pradeep Dwivedi is Chief Executive Officer of Eros India. He is an accomplished industry leader with over two decades of experience in the advertising, media, technology and telecom sectors, with established credentials in digital infotainment business as well as print media, news television channels and experiential events. He has a demonstrated track record in revenue growth, sales and marketing, value creation, joint ventures and partnerships, corporate investments, business operations and general management. In the past, he has been CEO of Sakal Media Group, Chief Corporate Sales and Marketing Officer of Dainik Bhaskar Group, and worked in leadership positions with organisations including Tata Teleservices, American Express, GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank and Eicher Motors in India. He is an active participant in many media industry associations, such as Director of IAA (India Chapter) and a managing committee member of The Advertising Club of India. Mr Dwivedi holds B. Sc and MBA degrees from Panjab University.

Mr. Vijay Thaker aged 67 years is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1988 and also holds MBA (Finance) degree from Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India, Bachelor Degree in Law and Bachelor Degree in Commerce in Accounts. He has an overall experience of 37+ years and had been responsible for Corporate & Secretarial Compliances, Corporate Finance, Budgetary Controls, Business Plan, Treasury Functions, Profit Planning, Project Accounting, Internal, Statutory and tax Audit, Mergers, demergers & acquisition, Management & Operational Audit, & Taxation.
